Our mission is not a statement on a wall. It shapes how our nurses triage an injury call, how our clinicians document a patient visit and how our leadership builds relationships with clients and communities. Medcor Canada advocates are trained to uphold these values in every interaction, with workers, with employers and with each other.
Our commitment to operating without conflict of interest is foundational. Medcor Canada does not have a financial stake in the care decisions our clinicians make. Workers receive guidance based on their clinical needs, nothing else.
