Medcor Canada Formalizes Indigenous Partnership with CCIB Membership

Medcor Canada, led and staffed by Canadians coast to coast, formalizes years of Indigenous partnership with Canadian Council for Indigenous Business (CCIB) membership.

PONOKA, Alberta, September 22nd, 2026 Medcor Canada, a Canadian-led health and safety provider operating in every province and territory, today announced it has joined the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business (CCIB) as a business member. The membership formalizes a commitment the company has lived out for years through its work alongside Indigenous communities and partners on projects across the country.

Medcor Canada’s advocates, nurses and safety professionals are based in the communities they serve, delivering onsite and mobile healthcare and safety services under Canadian leadership. The company has long collaborated with Indigenous communities in this work, striving to ensure that care is accessible, culturally informed and shaped by early and ongoing consultation with the communities it serves. Joining CCIB gives that work a formal home within a national network dedicated to advancing reconciliation and Indigenous business growth.
