As Co-Founder, Philip has led Medcor for more than 40 years as an independent health advocate, helping employers navigate complex healthcare systems while improving outcomes and reducing costs. Under his leadership, Medcor has grown into an integrated workforce health platform spanning onsite clinics, telehealth and safety services across the United States and Canada. Philip serves on multiple boards across healthcare, technology and workforce services. 

Philip is a true entrepreneur, with a track record of start-ups and early stage investments across healthcare and B2B services. He brings both direct CEO experience and Board leadership across multiple companies, and is considered one of the pioneers of the workplace health industry. Philip loves the western lifestyle and is known to chase sunsets on his bike or a horse in South Dakota. He can also be found anywhere he can ski. 

Bennet has been involved in emergency medicine, occupational health and primary healthcare delivery for more than 42 years. As Co-Founder and a principal of Medcor, he has helped build the Company into a workplace health provider delivering onsite clinics, telehealth triage and safety services to employers across the United States and Canada. He spent more than 30 years working as a paramedic, in which time he co-founded Medcor,  and today oversees the Company’s operations, drawing on decades of hands-on clinical and field experience.  Bennet is now a Tennessee transplant with a soft spot for Southern living and a closet that’s suspiciously full of Hawaiian shirts to support that lifestyle.

Dave brings more than 15 years of experience driving growth and operational excellence across early-stage, mid-market and enterprise businesses. He leads Medcor’s Finance, Business Intelligence & Performance Analytics, and Information Technology functions. Dave joined Medcor in September 2025 after serving in multiple operating leadership roles at a privately held middle-market company. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade at Deloitte Consulting advising Fortune 500 CFOs on growth, performance, and transformation initiatives. Dave holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant. Dave and his wife call the greater Boston area home, where they enjoy raising their three children, cheering on the Red Sox and Patriots, and staying active – whether skiing, golfing, or keeping up with their kids’ activities. 

Sarah joined Medcor in 2024 and was promoted to Executive Vice President and General Counsel in early 2025 before taking on expanded leadership responsibilities. She brings more than 20 years of legal experience in corporate compliance, transactions and litigation. Prior to Medcor, she served as Deputy General Counsel at Hilco Global, where she led compliance and legal operations across a large portfolio of business units. Sarah earned her BA from the University of Illinois Chicago and her JD from William & Mary Law School. Sarah calls the Chicago area home and is a self-proclaimed Star Wars superfan who will happily out-trivia you on all things related to the Force.

Ben is a global operations and strategy executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across the United States, Europe and Asia, including senior roles in the U.S. Army, JPMorgan Chase and Medcor. He oversees operational execution, strategic expansion and enterprise effectiveness across Medcor’s multinational teams. Ben holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and continues to serve as a U.S. Army Reserve Officer. Ben and his family call the Chicagoland area home, and when he’s not working you’ll usually find them coaching youth sports or staying involved in the community.
