Philip Seeger

As Co-Founder, Philip has led Medcor for more than 40 years as an independent health advocate, helping employers navigate complex healthcare systems while improving outcomes and reducing costs. Under his leadership, Medcor has grown into an integrated workforce health platform spanning onsite clinics, telehealth and safety services across the United States and Canada. Philip serves on multiple boards across healthcare, technology and workforce services. 

Philip is a true entrepreneur, with a track record of start-ups and early stage investments across healthcare and B2B services. He brings both direct CEO experience and Board leadership across multiple companies, and is considered one of the pioneers of the workplace health industry. Philip loves the western lifestyle and is known to chase sunsets on his bike or a horse in South Dakota. He can also be found anywhere he can ski.
