Before stepping into a client assignment, every advocate completes Medcor’s occupational health bootcamp. This training builds on your education and past experience, preparing you for the specific demands of occupational healthcare. For example, our injury triage nurses join Medcor with an average of 4.5 years of experience, giving them the confidence to provide accurate care recommendations from day one.

Your care is supported by Medcor Care Protocols, our evidence-based system developed by our clinical affairs team. These standardized practices ensure that every worker receives consistent, high-quality care and that you always have the most up-to-date resources to guide your decisions.
