  • Yes. A one-time implementation fee applies for new Injury Triage clients. This covers customized setup, workflow alignment, account configuration and training. The fee varies based on your locations and onboarding needs.

  • Injury Triage is subscription-based, starting as low as $334 per month. There is no per-call charge within your annual call allotment. Optional add-on services, such as translation or call recordings, may include additional fees. 

    If your organization exceeds the annual call allotment, a per-call fee can be added to your plan.

  • Once you select your plan, our team guides you through a tailored implementation that includes workflow alignment, account setup, team training and portal access. Most organizations are fully live within a short timeframe.

  • Medcor’s triage nurses complete rigorous onboarding in clinical protocols, regulatory compliance and evidence-based decision-making, supported by ongoing quality assurance to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

  • Each call ends with a clear recommendation:

    • Self-care with first aid
    • Treatment in an onsite clinic (if applicable)
    • Referral to an offsite provider or the ER when clinically necessary
