You’re not paying for video visits that aren’t relevant to your needs, you’re investing in a specialized triage process that improves outcomes and reduces claims.

  • To maintain consistent coverage and call volume tracking, all pricing plans are based on a one-year commitment. Plans are set for the contract term, but at renewal we offer full flexibility to adjust your plan and scale with your business.

  • Our goal is transparency. That’s why we break out optional services like: 

    • Translation services 
    • Client portal license (included with Enterprise plans only) 
    • Call recording copy requests 
    • New location or site additions

  • Yes. Medcor clients often start small and grow into higher-tiered plans. We’ll work with you to re-evaluate your needs and make sure your services match your volume, sites and reporting goals.

  • Enterprise clients have access to custom data integration services. We’ll work with your internal team or third-party platforms to streamline injury reporting, claim tracking or compliance metrics.

  • Yes, this is available for clients with Medcor onsite clinics. If your program includes after-hours support, triage access is built into your clinic agreement. We’ll confirm your eligibility during the pricing discussion. 

  • Once you select a plan and finalize your agreement, most clients are up and running within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on onboarding needs and call volume. Our implementation team handles training, materials and setup so you’re ready to go with confidence. 

  • Yes. Our triage services integrate seamlessly with telemedicine through our preferred partners. If additional care is needed, we can connect your employees directly from their initial triage call into a virtual visit, streamlining access, reducing delays and keeping your workforce cared for without unnecessary steps.
