What It’s Like to Work at Medcor
Medcor’s advocates — our employees — are leaders.
They deliver care in settings that go far beyond traditional healthcare, often working independently at client worksites, in mobile units or through virtual triage rather than in hospitals or health systems. Our advocates are the foundation of Medcor’s success, and we equip them with the tools, training and support they need to grow both personally and professionally. The people who thrive here are caring, candid and driven by a “can do,” trailblazing spirit.
What began as a small operation in suburban Chicago has grown into a North American health navigation company with nearly 2,000 advocates leading the way.
More Than a Job — It’s a Mission
At Medcor, culture isn’t something printed on a wall. It’s how we show up for each other and the people we serve. Whether you work remotely in teletriage, support care in a clinic, travel between job sites or operate behind the scenes, you’re part of a team with a shared purpose: deliver the right care, at the right time, in the right place.
Our advocates simplify complicated healthcare systems. They bring calm to chaotic moments. They help workers recover faster, prevent injuries and protect the health of entire worksites. This mission-driven mindset unites our teams across roles, locations and industries.
